Joan, a wife, mother of 3 and successful business owner from Nairobi, Kenya wanted more meaningful success. It always bothered her that though she saw many succeed, she also saw so little joy that accompanied it. Success doesn't have to be a grind.

Through LYV, she discovered her own signature process called " Joyful Excellence' which she applies to her work with own family, employees and underprivileged girls she mentors. Linda Padilla Smyth

As a successful program developer for a prestigious university, wife, and mom., Linda knew she needed support to make her dreams come true. Though succeeding at work she was burnt out and wanting something more for herself and her family.

In a very short time, Linda has gained new clarity about the importance of self-care through LYV and that has allowed her to finally value herself properly and launch her dream, Padilla- Smythe & Associates commercial real estate development where she not only helps beautify the communities she is a part of but also mentors other young professionals to know they too can climb out of any pit to build their own dreams. She is funny and direct with a heart of gold.

Chantel Deniese

As an artist Chantel has always been a big dreamer. If you've seen her perform you can see why. SBut she lacked focus. She is ultra talented and with the help she received here, she recently expanded her stage talents to launch her own podcast, called the Nitty Grit and her own personal and spiritual development program for creatives.

She will share with us how you can never give up on your dreams. Though beautiful and talented those that know her treasure her authenticity and that is what she helps bring out in others.

She too started her Live Your Vision journey in August of 2020, though she had dabbled with the community for a couple of years before deciding to go for it for herself and see what God would do. She has worked hard and been incredibly faithful and as a result not only has she launched own podcast and her coaching practice but also her inspirational T shirt line as well. Chantel will share about how her brand is now coming together and howshe has turned from flood light to laser beam.

Dr. Kris Sargent

Dr. Kris Sargent is the Founder of Spark Health and author of Simply Functional Medicine Kris has helped countless women to move past "not sick" to optimal health. With 30 years building her business to a 7 figure practice, she was burnt out and wanted a better way to help more people.

Through LYV, she has grown in her impact and transitioned her brick-and-mortar practice to online to be able to help so many more women gain control over their own health. Kris will share the delight she has in re-inventing herself as well, physically, professionally, and spiritually to start a whole new chapter for herself and those she has the privilege of helping.

Lisa Herman

Lisa is an incredible example of re invention. After a successful career in sales in Southern California and then 16 years in the full time Christian ministry in Memphis , Tn she and her husband Kevin have now founded Haven Sanctuary in Venice, Florida. It is retreat center for deeper spiritual growth and transformation.

After feeling like just 'sailing off into the sunset', as she say it, Lisa through her work with LYV, has had her eyes opened to how much more she has in her and how much more there is ahead for her. It is so exciting to see what has happened and to have been witness to her vision becoming reality in just one year. You really have to hear this amazing story. She constantly reminds us that everything is possible for those who believe.

Karin Shaw

Karin has worked as a fundraiser for the University of California, Los Angeles, since 2010. In her current role as the Senior Director of Development for the UCLA International Institute, she has helped raise over $50M dollars in seven years. Born and raised on an agricultural estate in Northern Germany, she studied Business and International Management in Germany and France, interning in Toronto and then returning to Europe where she married her American husband which is what brought her to LA. She definitely thinks big but did not know how to parlay that into what she dreams of.

She started her Live Your Vision journey in August of 2020 and has developed her own process to passionately inspire others to Think Big and embrace opportunity as she herself has done. Witty, spiritual and incredibly smart, you will enjoy hearing from Karin on how she is overcoming her own inner critic and how you too can think big to see and seize more opportunities.
